​Mr. Hall is Board Certified in Security Management (CPP) as designated by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Administration. He is a certified Florida CPTED Practitioner (FCP) through the Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute (FCPTI) and National Crime Prevention Institute (NCPTI). He served on the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) taskforce, writing the Security Best Practices Manual for Property Managers and Board Members. He has conducted security webinars for the Community Association’s Institute (CAI) and the Community Managers International Association (CMIA) to educate their members on community security best practices.

Mr. Hall retired as Chief of Police after having served 22 years as a law enforcement professional. He served as the Director of Security & Safety at Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL from 2012 - 2019. He played an integral role in developing this community as one of the safest in the Nation due to its use of the most technologically advanced thermal imaging cameras, video analytics, security culture, vendor access control, and policy & procedures.

Mr. Hall has conducted gated community and condominium security assessments from Las Vegas, Nevada to Hilton Head, South Carolina to Miami, Florida. He specializes in assisting communities and security companies in developing site-specific policy and procedures, assessing surveillance technology, security staff assessments, conducting resident surveys, and overall security operation effectiveness & efficiency. For communities in need of finding a new security provider, Mr. Hall writes Security Request for Proposals (RFP’s), develops realistic and appropriate questions for the interview process, and assists in the selection process.
