Mr. Hall is Board Certified in Security Management (CPP) as designated by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Administration and is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). He currently serves on the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) taskforce, writing the "Security Best Practices" manual for Property Managers and Board Members.

 

Mr. Hall retired as Chief of Police after having served 22 years as a law enforcement professional in Palm Beach County. During his law enforcement tenure, he received his certification from the Attorney General of the State of Florida as a Crime Prevention Practitioner, and also as a Crime Prevention Professional from the ISCPP.

Mr. Hall served as the Director of Security & Safety at Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL from 2012 - 2019. He played an integral role in developing this community as one of the safest in the Nation due to its use of the most technologically advanced thermal imaging cameras, video analytics, security culture, vendor access control, and policy & procedures.

 

Mr. Hall has conducted gated community and condominium security assessments from Las Vegas, NV to Seabrook Island, SC to Miami, FL. For communities in need of finding a new security provider, Mr. Hall writes comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFP’s), develops realistic and appropriate questions for the interview process, and assists in the selection process. He specializes in assisting communities in developing a set of expectations of their security provider and developing the site-specific policy and procedures to meet those expectations.

Mr. Hall also trains security professionals in Hospitality-Based Security Operations, and Servant Leadership for Security Professionals. He is licensed to provide Community Association Manager (CAM) continuing education class by both the State of Florida and the Community Association Institute (CAI). His course curriculums are "Security Best Practices" for private communities, and Workplace Violence. These classes are provided in both one (1) and two (2) hour formats. Mr. Hall is extremely passionate about his commitment, dedication, and loyalty to his clients and partners.
